Q: Do these packages have a minimum age?
A: There is typically no minimum age to attend the event and our hospitality. However, certain venues may have age restrictions in accordance with local laws. If a particular UFC event does have age restrictions, those will be listed in the package details and in your confirmation email. You will also need to provide a valid ID to check-in at the event.
Q: Can I choose my seat?
A: You can choose your section and row during the purchase process, but the exact seat location is not confirmed until tickets are in your possession.
Q: How and when will I receive my tickets?
A: Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with the purchase approximately 2-3 days prior to the event. The ticketing platform varies per location but will be specified in the event information email you will receive 5-7 days before the event.
Q: When can I check in as a VIP guest?
A: We will provide the specific times and check-in location for your event in our informational email that is sent out about 5-7 days before the event. Please refer to those confirmed times when sent to you!
Q: Where will we be sitting for the weigh-ins?
A: You will be sitting in the UFC VIP reserved section near the weigh-in stage. You will be guided to this section by our staff, there are no assigned seats in this section. Your package tier will determine which specific reserved section you will have access to.
Q: What time does hospitality open and how long does it last?
A: The hospitality starts when doors open for the event. Hospitality time length varies per event; for all fights at the Apex, hospitality will last from doors opening until the start of the main event and feature food and all-inclusive drinks. For domestic Fight Night events, hospitality will last 2 hours from when doors open and will feature light bites and drinks. For all Pay-Per-View (PPV) and international Fight Night events hospitality will last from doors opening until the start of the main card will feature food and all-inclusive drinks.
Q: My package includes athlete appearances! Can I get an autograph or photo taken with the athletes during the athlete appearance?
A: Autographs and photos are not guaranteed during athlete appearances, as they are up to the UFC and the athletes themselves.
Q: What athletes will be appearing and how many?
A: It’s a surprise! Specific athletes are not guaranteed and can vary depending on the day/event.
Q: My package includes a meet & greet! Can I get an autograph with the athlete during the meet & greet?
A: Autographs are not included as part of this package, but we promise – the intimacy of the experience will more than make up for the lack of any signatures!
Q: What does the Octagon Experience entail?
A: The Octagon Experience gives purchasers a unique experience by going into the Octagon after the main fight has concluded. You will meet with our UFC VIP staff after the fight, and they will direct you towards the Octagon when it is ready for you. Please follow their instructions carefully so you do not miss this unique experience.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift and would like to transfer my tickets. How can my friend and/or family member access the tickets on my behalf?
A: You can transfer your event tickets through the digital platform. That said, you will need to contact us at guestservices@onlocationexp.com or 877-211-9371 at least 1 week prior to the event date to update the guest’s name on file for the VIP access on-site.
Q: Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?
A: Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at guestservices@onlocationexp.com or 877-211-9371 prior to purchase. We will go over any available options.
Q: Is VIP parking included?
A: Parking is not included with any packages for any events, but parking may be available at the venue. Please refer to the venue’s website for more information regarding parking.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to the event?
A: You can bring your camera phone and/or a standard point-and-shoot, but any cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted. We may have a professional photographer available for the Meet & Greet photo so all personal cameras must be put away. We promise – you’ll have access to the high-quality photos right after the event!
Q: I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?
A: Please contact our Guest Services team at guestservices@onlocationexp.com or 877-211-9371 at least 1 week prior to the event to provide us with specifics and we’ll work to accommodate you as best we can.
Q: Can I purchase just the VIP package elements if I already purchased a regular ticket?
A: We do not have the ability to provide just the VIP portion without an event ticket.
Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. On Locations trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
